Global Business Resource Consortium LTD successfully executed a nationwide consultancy assignment for the Youth Employment Agency (YEA), focused on strengthening workforce accountability and improving human resource management systems across Ghana. The project was designed to assess the accuracy and completeness of staff records while supporting YEA’s broader mandate of efficient youth employment service delivery.

Covering all regions of the country, the consultancy adopted a structured and transparent approach to staff verification and engagement. The exercise reviewed staff records, deployment, and engagement levels to ensure alignment with institutional roles and responsibilities. By validating workforce data and processes, the project contributed to enhancing confidence in staff information and supporting evidence-based decision-making within the Agency.

Beyond verification, the assignment provided valuable insights into organizational structure and staff engagement dynamics. The findings highlighted opportunities for improving workforce coordination, performance management, and operational efficiency. These insights formed the basis for strategic recommendations aimed at strengthening human resource governance and institutional effectiveness.
