Digital Marketing Strategy
The Consultancy Service for Staff Audit for the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) was a nationwide assignment implemented across all regions of Ghana. The project focused on assessing the accuracy and completeness of staff records to support effective human resource management. Through structured verification and engagement processes, the exercise sought to strengthen institutional accountability and workforce transparency. The audit also reviewed staff deployment, engagement levels, and alignment with organizational roles. Emphasis was placed on improving data reliability for informed decision-making. Overall, the project supported YEA’s mandate to enhance efficiency in youth employment service delivery.
